Sweet Charleston Engagement | Kristie + Dixon

Kristie and Dixon, pretty much the sweetest couple ever. After their first trip out to Charleston for their engagement photos was foiled by Dixon’s suitcase being lost in travel, we finally connected this Spring. And it was definitely WORTH THE WAIT. Kristie and Dixon are absolutely the sweetest human beings and it’s clear they bring out the best in each other.

I feel like their session passed in the blink of an eye, so looking back at these photos I’m surprised by how far we travelled! Time flies when you’re having fun and photographing such an amazing couple who is all laughter!

We began Kristie and Dixon’s engagement shoot at Rainbow Row before spending some time enjoying the beautiful weather at the Battery. By the end of the day we found ourselves in the French Quarter, for some romantic photos on Chalmers Street’s cobblestones and a couple in one of my favorite hidden Charleston spots.

Kristie and Dixon will tie the knot at the Legare Waring House next year and I’m so excited for them!
