Rachel’s senior portrait session took place at Charles Towne Landing, one of my favorite places in Charleston! My sister volunteers at the park as a historical re-enactor, so I’ve made a lot of friends at CTL and spent countless hours photographing the cannon firings and wandering the park. The place really is the perfect spot for senior portraits. Charles Towne Landing offers a wide variety of locations, from Spanish moss, oak trees and camellias to marsh and lakes.
For Rachel’s shoot we followed the trail around the park and stopped at our favorite spots along the way, including the Legare Waring House. Rachel had her hair done by the talented Micki Hair Artistry and brought along a bunch of cute outfits and some University of Alabama merchandise. She plans to go there next year! I loved getting to meet Rachel and her mom and hear about her plans for the future!
